Mango milkshake is a refreshing and sweet beverage prepared using fresh mangoes and milk. You can use frozen mango or tinned mango too in case you don't have fresh ones available.
We often make it during summers when the mangoes are readily available but unfortunately the mangoes I got this time are very bland and we could not taste much mango in the milkshake so here I have used the thawed frozen mango pulp which I keep handy for the times like this.
If you are using fresh mangoes, try getting fully ripe mangoes which are not fibrous and are sweet. This is very easy recipe using just 4 ingredients and is ready within minutes.
For this recipe we will need-
Mango puree or pieces- 1 cup
Milk- 1 cup
Sugar- 2 teaspoon
Vanilla Ice cream- 2 scoops
In a blender jar, take 1 cup of Mango puree or chopped mango in a blender jar.
Add 1 cup chilled milk.
Add 2 teaspoon sugar. You can adjust the quantity of sugar as per your liking.
Add 2 scoops of Vanilla Ice cream.
Add few ice cubes.
Blend it till smooth and serve chilled.
You can garnish it with few pieces of chopped fresh mango or a scoop of Vanilla Ice cream or you can serve it as is!
